Ingredients for Microwave Apple Kheer:
- corn flour-4 tsp
- apple-2 cup
- green cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
- nutmeg powder-1/4 tsp
- milk-3 cup
- sugar-4 tbsp
How to prepare Microwave Apple Kheer:
Step 1) To prepare this delicious kheer recipe, clean & peel the apples. Now grate them & keep the grated apples beside into a vessel.
Step 2) Now bring a microwave safe vessel, drop sugar alongside four tablespoon water. Put the grated apples into this vessel & combine all the components nicely. Place a vessel on high flame & drop the mix into it. Cook the mixture for like two to three mins. Switch off the flame, once done.
Step 3) Now, bring another microwave safe vessel & pour milk alongside cornflour into it. Whisk the components nicely. Now put the vessel into the microwave & set the temperature on high. Heat the mixture for around five mins. Give the mixture a stir after three mins are over.
Step 4) Then combine the sugar-apple mixture with the cornflour mixture. Put this mixture into the microwave & again put the temperature to high. Heat the mixture for one minute.
Step 5) Spray nutmeg powder & powdered cardamom on the mixture & give the mixture a stir. Have it warm or refrigerate for one hour & enjoy it chilled.
